Use this form for a room.  We are making reservations there for as long as they have available rooms.  Call, fax or e-mail the tournament Office for all reservations and changes.  

Hotel Reservation  requires credit card information for "first night" deposit to hold any reservation.  Credit card will not be charged unless you fail to show without 72  hour prior notice to Tournament Office. A separate form must be submitted for each room requested.  Form must have full names of all persons who will occupy room.  
All rates quoted are the same for a single, double, triple or quad  room for up to 4 persons sharing a room.  Rooms have 2 double beds or one king bed.  Room rate is the same for length of stay as long as the dates include our tournament dates plus 3 days before or after.  Free hot breakfast.  Free hot breakfast buffet, free parking, 9 miles from Fort Lauderdale airport, free local shuttle.  The room placement is at the discretion of the hotel, any requests for specific rooms or area in the hotel (upgrades) may be at higher price than the Tournament's special rate for a standard room.  

Special Sponsor Rate:  SINGLE, DOUBLE, TRIPLE OR QUAD IS THE SAME RATE - $109.00 per room/per night + 13% tax. Payable to hotel.  .  Free parking, free hot breakfast, free shuttle within 3 miles..  .

Reservation deadline - July 1, 2018.  Reservations arriving at the Tournament Office  later than the deadline, may be charged at hotel's regular rack rate and/or rooms may not be available.  The hotel has set this deadline to reserve rooms.  We cannot guarantee availability or price after this date, but call us if you miss the deadline. ALL Reservations MUST be made through the Tournament Office.
