The Tournament of the Americas can offer two hotels for 2010 at special Tournament discounted rates.

The Crowne Plaza will be our Headquarters Hotel and tournament bus transportation will be available from this hotel only.  www.cporlando.com

The hotel will offer the tournament attendees a reduced price with free parking, pool, fitness room,  convenience to the I-Ride Trolley system (reduced cost daily tickets available to the tournament attendees),  and more.   The hotel is close to theme parks and offers free transportation to some of them.  Available to our tournament will be a reduced cost for buffet breakfast in their  Arcanjo's Restaurant when selected with your reservation.  This is a per person charge and includes all taxes and gratuities.  See special sponsor rates below for costs.

Hotel Reservation  requires credit card information for "first night" deposit to hold any reservation.  Credit card will not be charged unless you fail to show without 48 hour prior notice to Hotel.  Secure on line reservation for rooms has been made possible by the Crowne Plaza Universal.  This reservation site will give you our special tournament rate for all of your stay, including 7 days prior or after the tournament dates.

Please be aware - All rates quoted are the same for a single, double, triple or quad  room (up to 4 persons) sharing a room.  Rooms have king bed or 2 queen beds.  Room rate is the same for an extended length of stay as long as the dates include our tournament dates - 7 days before or after the tournament. Due to our special sponsor hotel rates, reservations taken directly by phone by the hotel  must be clearly specified as Tournament of The Americas participants or guests to receive the tournament's reduced rate. All reservations and cancellations must be made through the website, hotel, or Tournament Office.  The room placement is at the discretion of the hotel, any requests for specific rooms or area in the hotel (upgrades) will be at higher price than the Tournament's special rate for a standard room.  

Special Sponsor Rate:  SINGLE, DOUBLE, TRIPLE OR QUAD STANDARD ROOM IS THE SAME RATE - $84.00 per room/per night + 13.5% tax.     Rooms are payable to the  hotel.

Also available at $10 extra per night/ per person is their Breakfast Buffet, you won't go hungry with their amazing amount of breakfast foods with even cooked to order breakfast items, at a reduced cost to tournament participants who reserve this with their room reservation - see this on the on line reservation form.  

The Crowne Plaza has completed renovation which included upgrading the  courtyard and pool areas with new furniture. All guest rooms and corridors have been repainted and new carpet has been installed. In addition, all food and beverage outlets have new carpet as well.  Free parking, dataport & voicemail, comfortable new beds,  sleep amenities,  guaranteed wake-up call,  24-hour business center, wireless high-speed internet access in lobby,  well-equipped fitness center,  swimming pool ,  fine dining,   concierge service are all at the Crowne Plaza.

Reservation deadline – July 1 2010.  Reservations arriving at the Hotel/Tournament website later than deadline, may be charged at hotel's regular rack rate and/or rooms may not be available.  The hotel has set this deadline to reserve rooms.  We cannot guarantee availability after this date, but contact the tournament office at 1-954-577-9948 or email and we will try to extend the special rate.

For those who may again want to stay at the Homewood Suites near the lanes and have their own transportation, we are looking into getting you a tournament rate.  Please check with us for this hotel.  We should know before the middle of June.
